Have you ever wanted to start making quilts of your own? Or maybe even start making quilts for friends or a new member of your family? Well, this is the perfect place to start!
In this class, you’ll learn all of the techniques you need to make your very own quilt from start to finish. Taught by shop owner & established quilter, Cate, this class is sure to just start your adventure into the world of quilting! Techniques covered in class include auditioning fabrics, cutting & piecing fabric, backing your quilt top, quilting everything together, and binding your work into a finished quilt.
When: You may take this class during the day or at night.
Day Class: 4 consecutive Fridays from 11 AM to 2 PM, March 1st through 22nd.
Night Class: 4 consecutive Fridays 6-9 PM, April 5th through April 26th.
Fee: $150.00 + materials
Prerequisites: Basic sewing skills. If you can thread and sew with you sewing machine independently, you’re ready to take this class. If not, please give us a call at 203-421-6853 for more information.
